If interacting with humans and reassuring them each day is boring or routine for you then so be it. To some people it is. Personally I would find sitting in consulting rooms feeling people's lumps worse than boring. If making a "7 figure salary" is so important to you, then sorry but I think you are in the wrong place. I don't know why you want to make so much money and it is none of my business but just remember how limited our time is on this planet and think about what is really important. As for point one, well I see lots of 40-year-old+ surgeons who appear chronically unhappy, angry and tired.
