Our college has "PS27 (2004) Guidelines for Fellows Who Practise Major Extracorporeal Perfusion" is quite a general and vague statement, and doesn;t answer my question- if cardiac surgeon, anaesthetist or medical perfusionist who is ultimately responsible. I believe there used to be a PS document on Management of CPB PS11(1991) Review, but it seemed to have being withdrawn without any relevant replacement. Any taker?
