Think it was ""Anaesthesia"", but the gist was that neo inhibits butyrylcholinesterase, thus in theory, neo inhibits roc's metabolism. TOF shows that once you get (??2 out of 4) then neostigmine doesn't delay recovery from rocuronium paralysis. Not a biggie, but interesting and relevant to anaesthesia. Cheers.
